Renovation - lifting of an industrial concrete production area

Total intervention of the Industrial Area of the Andreadis SA company in terms of the general conƒguration of the exterior space, the arrangement of the movements of visitors, pedestrian - vehicles as well as in terms of the functional and visual conƒguration of the facades and the general shell of the building volumes. An orthophotographic survey was carried out using a drone in order to have a accurate design basis on which the general kinesiology, the organization of the hard materials in relation to the soft materials, the arrangement and separation of movements according to the needs, the creation of space - of sample products, relaxation - break areas for employees and the perspective of the complex from it and towards it in order to strengthen its advertising character as a building - volume.
